A Polygon governance proposal published Wednesday would hard-fork the network to move about 70.49 million POL, worth about 6.8 million dollars, from five attacker addresses to recovery wallets. It covers 23.86 million POL tied to the Polymarket incident and 46.63 million POL tied to Binance, and it is scheduled for discussion on November 5.
