Privacy
This page is maintained by the app owner and describes app-visible data handling.
1. Scope
This privacy notice describes how Infiniti Terminal ("the app") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the app. It applies to the web application and any related interfaces operated by the app owner. It does not apply to third-party venues, exchanges, wallets, or market-data providers you interact with outside the app — those parties operate under their own privacy notices.
2. Information we collect
Account identity. When you are signed in through Infiniti Terminal, the app receives your basic identity fields (display name, email address, and a stable user identifier) so it can associate your journal with your account. The app does not receive your password.
Journal and preferences. Trade entries you create — including symbol, side, size, entry, exit, P&L, timestamps, tags, and free-form notes — and interface preferences (theme, filters, saved views) are stored so analytics can be recomputed across sessions.
Usage and diagnostics. Standard server logs (request paths, response codes, coarse timing, IP address, and user-agent) are collected transiently for debugging, abuse prevention, and reliability. These logs are not used to build advertising profiles.
AI interactions. Prompts you submit to the Analyst, and the AI responses returned, may be retained to render your chat history and to improve reliability of that surface for your account.
3. How we use information
The app uses information solely to:
- Authenticate you and render your journal, analytics, and preferences.
- Compute performance statistics, heatmaps, and insights on your own data.
- Fetch public market data for the symbols you view.
- Operate, secure, and debug the application.
- Communicate service-related notices when necessary.
The app does not sell your journal data. The app does not share individual journal entries with third parties for advertising, and does not build advertising audiences from your trading behavior.
4. Third-party services
The app relies on a small set of processors to function:
- Hosting & identity: Infiniti Terminal (platform hosting and account identity).
- Market data: CoinGecko public endpoints for crypto prices. Requests contain no personal information beyond standard request metadata handled by the provider.
- AI inference: The AI provider routed through the Infiniti Terminal Gateway for Analyst and Insights features.
These processors act on the app owner's instructions for the limited purpose of operating the app. Each maintains its own privacy notice, which you should consult if you have concerns specific to that provider.
5. Cookies and local storage
The app uses first-party storage (cookies and browser local storage) to keep you signed in, remember your interface preferences, and cache non-sensitive UI state. The app does not use third-party advertising cookies and does not participate in cross-site tracking networks.
6. Retention
Journal entries and preferences are retained for as long as your account is active, or until you delete them, whichever comes first. Diagnostic logs are retained for a rolling operational window and then discarded. Deleted journal entries may persist in routine backups for a short period before being overwritten in the normal course of operations.
7. Your controls
You can:
- Export your journal from the Ledger page at any time.
- Edit or delete individual journal entries.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting the app owner.
- Sign out from the Account menu, especially on shared devices.
Depending on your jurisdiction (for example the EEA, the UK, California, or other regions with comprehensive privacy laws) you may have additional rights, such as the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, or the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The app owner will honor valid requests to the extent required by applicable law.
8. Children
The app is not directed to children under the age of 16 and is not intended for their use. If you believe a minor has provided information to the app, contact the app owner so the record can be removed.
9. International transfers
The app's hosting and processors may operate in jurisdictions different from yours. Where personal data is transferred internationally, the app owner relies on the safeguards and contractual commitments of its processors.
10. Changes and contact
This notice may be updated to reflect changes in the app or in applicable law. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact the app owner through the channel provided at sign-in.
