Terms of Service

By creating an account, connecting an exchange account, or otherwise using the Infiniti Markets website, terminal, bots, feeds or related services (together, "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally permitted to trade event contracts and prediction markets in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with the rules of every venue you trade on, including Kalshi and Polymarket, and with all laws that apply to you.

Keep your sign-in details secure and accurate. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or the Service at risk.

When you connect an exchange account, you authorise the Service to read your balances, positions and fills, and — where you enable it — to place and cancel orders on your behalf using the strategies, limits and bots you configure. API credentials are stored encrypted and used only to provide the Service.

Infiniti Markets is not a broker, exchange, custodian or investment adviser. Your funds stay with your exchange at all times. Automated strategies can lose money, behave unexpectedly in fast markets, or be affected by exchange outages, and you remain solely responsible for every order placed through your account.

Some features, including bot licences and AI credits, require a paid plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you buy. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires. Promotional seats or membership perks (such as Genesis) are subject to the terms shown when they are offered.

Market data, the Infiniti Feed, Intelligence articles, signals, AI answers and performance figures are provided for information only. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, may be delayed or inaccurate, and past performance does not predict future results. Third-party content is credited to its publishers, who keep all rights in it.

You agree not to:

• break any law or exchange rule, or use the Service for market manipulation or insider trading;
• access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to use;
• scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service;
• resell or redistribute the Service or its content without written permission.

The Service, its software, design, names and logos belong to Infiniti Markets LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms. You keep ownership of the data you bring to it.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Infiniti Markets LLC is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed trades, or indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You agree to cover Infiniti Markets LLC against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the Service, your trading, or your breach of these terms.

We may update the Service and these terms. When changes are material we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
