The content displayed in the app — including but not limited to profit-and-loss breakdowns, win-rate statistics, heatmaps, calendar overlays, AI-generated insights, market snapshots, probability ladders, price charts, and any commentary generated by the Analyst — is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes.

Nothing in the app constitutes, and nothing in the app should be construed as, (a) investment advice, (b) a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or refrain from transacting in any security, contract, event market, digital asset, derivative, or other financial instrument, (c) a solicitation of an offer to transact in any of the foregoing, or (d) legal, accounting, or tax advice of any kind. Live prices, 24-hour changes, sparklines, high/low ranges, and historical closes shown in the Markets surface are sourced from third-party public endpoints (currently CoinGecko) on a best-effort basis. Data may be delayed, throttled, cached, rounded, revised after publication, or temporarily unavailable. The app does not guarantee — and expressly disclaims any warranty of — accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any market data displayed.

Event-market probabilities, Yes/No ladders, and implied odds shown outside of an official venue interface are indicative estimates only. They are not executable quotes, and they are not a substitute for the order book of any venue on which you actually transact. Do not rely on any figure shown in this app as the basis for order entry, hedging, or settlement.

When live data is unavailable — for example when a provider rate-limits requests, during server-side rendering, or when a symbol has no upstream feed — the app falls back to deterministic simulated values so the interface remains stable. Simulated values are labeled inside the app (for example with an "Offline · simulated" badge) and must not be interpreted as real market conditions, real quotes, or a real trading opportunity.

Demonstration trades, seeded journal entries, and sample analytics used to preview features are illustrative only. They do not represent actual positions, actual fills, or actual performance of any person.

The Analyst, Insights, and any other AI-generated narrative in the app is produced by large language models operating on your data and on general market context. AI output can be incomplete, out of date, or factually incorrect ("hallucinated"), and may reflect biases in its training data. Treat AI output as a starting point for your own analysis, not as a conclusion.

The app owner does not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, suitable for any purpose, or free from error.

Any historical performance, back-tested statistics, edge estimates, expectancy, Sharpe, Sortino, Kelly figures, or drawdown metrics displayed in the app are derived from data you or the app have supplied. Past performance is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future results. Realized results in live trading typically differ — often materially — from what any historical analysis would suggest, because of slippage, fees, latency, liquidity, market regime change, and human behavior.

Trading event markets, crypto assets, and other speculative instruments involves substantial risk, including the risk of losing all capital committed.
