Bills contracts align across platforms as spreads and depth diverge
Action Network reports both order books were checked at 11:49 AM ET on Friday, November 6 ahead of the November 9 game, with the same 62 cent best ask on each app. Polymarket showed 14,047 contracts at the best ask against Kalshi's 9,069.
Kalshi and Polymarket each priced the Bills at 62 percent ahead of the November 9 Monday Night Football game, according to Action Network. The identical headline price came with different spreads and available contract quantities.
Same ask, different order books
Action Network checked both order books at 11:49 AM ET on Friday, November 6. Each app displayed a best ask of 62 cents, providing a synchronized comparison ahead of the game.
Polymarket’s spread was 0.25 cent, compared with 1 cent on Kalshi, according to Action Network. The shared asking price therefore did not mean the two platforms offered identical trading conditions.
Polymarket also displayed more contracts at the best ask: 14,047 versus 9,069 on Kalshi. Those figures describe the quantity available at that price at the observation time, rather than total market liquidity.
What it means for prediction markets
- Price agreement: Both platforms offered the same 62-cent best ask for the Bills at the recorded check.
- Spread difference: Polymarket’s 0.25-cent spread was narrower than Kalshi’s 1-cent spread, a distinction not visible in the shared headline probability.
- Depth difference: Polymarket showed more contracts available at the best ask, though the snapshot does not establish how either order book would look closer to November 9.
