High Roller is planning a U.S. prediction-market platform powered by Crypto.com, but it is not live yet
A new platform profile says High Roller Technologies plans event contracts through HighRoller.com with Crypto.com Derivatives North America as the exclusive provider,…
High Roller Technologies is preparing a U.S. prediction-market offering through HighRoller.com, with Crypto.com Derivatives North America designated as its exclusive event-contract provider, according to RotoGrinders. As of October 13, 2026, the platform was not live, leaving its proposed distribution model clearer than the trading experience customers would receive.
Infrastructure agreed, product details pending
RotoGrinders reports that the plan rests on a binding Letter of Intent (LOI) with Crypto.com Derivatives North America. High Roller said contracts would be supplied through a CFTC-registered exchange and clearinghouse affiliate and distributed across its channels, including HighRoller.com.
The announced categories are sports, entertainment, and finance; High Roller has not specifically confirmed politics for launch. There is also no full public rulebook, fee page, customer walkthrough, or published process for deposits and withdrawals, according to the profile. A promotional code has not been confirmed.
Capital and audience-building underpin the rollout
High Roller Technologies Inc., a public company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, operates the online casino brands High Roller and Fruta. In its March 10, 2026 update, it reported fourth-quarter net revenues from continuing operations of $4.7 million, compared with $5.9 million a year earlier, and said it had raised $26 million for product development and launch execution, according to RotoGrinders. The profile describes fresh capital raised in January as supporting its broader U.S. expansion.
The company has also announced non-binding LOIs with Lines.com, Forever Network, and Leverage Game Media for distribution and rollout support. High Roller identified Lines.com’s sports audience, automation-driven distribution, and conversion performance as potential customer-acquisition resources. Chief executive officer Seth Young has presented the Crypto.com relationship as a means of reaching a larger market and consumer base.
The sector forecasts cited in the profile provide context rather than evidence of demand for High Roller itself. High Roller referenced an Eilers & Krejcik Gaming estimate that U.S. prediction markets could reach $1 trillion in annual trading volume by the end of the decade. RotoGrinders also cited separate industry projections of around $10 billion in annual revenue by 2030. Neither figure establishes the planned platform’s eventual volume or liquidity.
What it means for prediction markets
- A planned entrant, not an operating venue: The provider arrangement does not yet give traders a live High Roller market to assess.
- Distribution remains a test: The media relationships could help attract sports audiences, but those LOIs are non-binding and do not demonstrate trading participation.
- Execution details remain material: Fees, funding procedures, contract rules, and market depth will shape the platform’s usefulness once disclosed.
- Scope should not be overstated: Sports, entertainment, and finance are named categories; political contracts have not been specifically confirmed for launch.
