Crypto.com launches Predict Pro for U.S. prediction-market traders
Quiet quarter-hour — no significant new platform headline in the last 15 minutes, so this Oct. 15 launch leads, in a product launches/partnerships category different…
Crypto.com launched Predict Pro on October 15, 2026, giving US users a new interface for trading contracts on real-world outcomes, according to cryptotimes.io. Built on Crypto.com Exchange technology, the platform connects traders to OG.com Markets, a Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)-registered exchange and clearinghouse.
Raheem, director of global affiliates at Crypto.com Exchange, confirmed the launch on X on October 15 and linked to the company’s announcement. Crypto.com Managing Director Iskandar Vanblarcum said the aim is to make tools associated with traditional derivatives trading available to prediction-market participants.
Trading tools and combined positions
Predict Pro displays OG.com Markets’ live bids, offers and order-book depth, alongside probability charts showing liquidity across price levels. It supports market, limit, stop-market, stop-limit and post-only orders, and recommends markets using customers’ trading activity, according to cryptotimes.io.
Traders can bundle two to 20 predictions into one position, with same-game combinations, combinations spanning multiple events and in-event trading available. Categories include elections, sports, cryptocurrency prices, Federal Reserve decisions, climate and culture. The returns from bundled positions depend on the relevant contract terms and the selected events’ outcomes.
Settlement and regulatory structure
Each contract makes its resolution source, settlement schedule and dispute window available before a trade is placed. Crypto.com says settlement is generally automatic within one hour after an event is resolved. US customers must complete verification and onboarding through Crypto.com’s Introducing Broker and OG.com’s Futures Commission Merchant.
The provider of Predict Pro is Foris DAX, Inc., a National Futures Association (NFA)-registered Introducing Broker. It connects to Foris DAX FCM LLC, which operates as OG.com Broker and is registered with the NFA as a Futures Commission Merchant. Contracts are offered through OG.com Markets, the brand of North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc., whose CFTC registrations cover both designated contract market and derivatives clearing organization functions.
Earlier deals and regulatory context
The launch comes after other Crypto.com derivatives developments reported by cryptotimes.io. On September 17, Crypto.com had filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to trade perpetual futures tied to individual stocks. The outlet reported that the registration became effective eight days after Robinhood agreed to direct order flow to the same exchange and acquire an equity interest in it.
On September 8, Robinhood had acquired minority stakes in Crypto.com and its prediction-markets spinout. That arrangement also provided for Robinhood to clear event contracts through an exchange it partly owned. The launch comes as US lawmakers examine prediction-market platforms’ activity monitoring and user-verification practices, according to cryptotimes.io.
What it means for prediction markets
- Execution is a central feature: Live order-book visibility and five supported order types give users ways to manage execution beyond choosing an event outcome. The launch report does not establish how much liquidity individual contracts will attract.
- Combined positions require closer attention to terms: Bundling two to 20 predictions makes the selected outcomes and each contract’s conditions important to understanding potential returns.
- Resolution rules remain consequential: Disclosed sources, settlement schedules and dispute windows provide a framework for assessing contracts. The one-hour settlement timing is Crypto.com’s description of typical processing, not an unconditional deadline.
- The regulatory roles are distinct: Predict Pro’s interface sits within a structure involving an Introducing Broker, a Futures Commission Merchant, and an exchange and clearing organization—relevant distinctions as lawmakers scrutinize monitoring and verification.
