22.5 Percent on Both Books: The Spurs Price Nobody Disputes

Two rival exchanges, two separate order books, one identical number. On November 2, San Antonio trades at 22.5 percent to win the 2027 NBA championship on Polymarket and at 22.5 percent on Kalshi. On the biggest futures market in basketball, the rivals do not disagree at all.

The agreement runs through the board. Across 54 outcomes priced on both exchanges, the average gap is just 1.1 percentage points. Oklahoma City is the widest NBA split, at 12.5 percent on Polymarket against 14.5 percent on Kalshi, and Boston shows the same two-point spread in reverse, 7.5 percent against 5.5 percent. Philadelphia sits at 11.6 and 12.5 percent, Houston at 7.6 and 6.5 percent.

Tonight shows the same discipline in miniature. All 15 NBA games are priced on both venues, and the widest gaps on the whole slate are a single point. San Antonio is the night's biggest favorite at 91 percent against Utah, the first tip is at 7:00 PM ET, the last at 10:00 PM ET, the closest game prices the Lakers at 55 percent, and the highest total is 239.5 points, with $105,220 traded on the most active game.

Football echoes it. Seattle prices at 8.5 percent to win the pro football championship on both exchanges, and tonight's Chicago at Seattle Monday night game has already traded about $1.86 million on Kalshi before kickoff.

When two competing markets land on the same price to the decimal, that price stops looking like one venue's opinion. It starts looking like the number.
