- Third tribe joins Kalshi and Robinhood tribal lawsuit as geofence faces test in San Francisco, BetG8 reports — BetG8 reported that on October 21, 2026 Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley allowed a third tribe, Buena Vista Rancheria of Me-Wuk Indians, to join the lawsuit Blue Lake Rancheria and Chicken Ranch Rancheria filed against Kalshi and Robinhood. The Ninth Circuit held in September that Kalshi sports contracts entered from tribal land are likely class III gaming, and the tribes want Kalshi's GeoComply fence tested after a commission member placed a trade from a reservation.
