- Phantom launches Kalshi prediction markets for US users inside its wallet app, PredictionAuthority reports — Phantom is rolling out Kalshi prediction market access to US users starting Oct. 23, allowing trades directly inside the Phantom app funded with the CASH stablecoin through Phantom Cash accounts at 0.02 dollars per contract plus a network fee. Users become direct Kalshi members through Kalshi KYC, following a March 2026 CFTC no-action letter that allowed non-custodial interfaces to connect users to registered exchanges without registering as a broker.
