- NBA signs CFTC memorandum on prediction market integrity and names Kalshi and Polymarket preferred exchanges, CoinLab reports — CoinLab reported the NBA signed a memorandum of understanding with the CFTC on October 26 covering information sharing to protect professional basketball integrity, and named Kalshi and Polymarket its preferred prediction market exchanges.
