  • Kalshi chief executive Tarek Mansour defends exchange model in Wall Street Journal op-ed arguing sports contracts are not gambling, Daily Caller reports — The Daily Caller reports Kalshi chief executive Tarek Mansour wrote a Wall Street Journal op-ed published October 28, 2026 arguing Kalshi operates a market, not a casino, because customers trade contracts with each other for a fee rather than betting against a house that sets odds.
