- Kalshi and Polymarket published none of the four insider trading figures Senators Warren and Curtis demanded by Election Day, Gaming America reports — Senators Elizabeth Warren and John Curtis wrote to both platforms on October 28 asking for counts of suspected insider trading and manipulation cases in election contracts since January 1, 2026, split by cases stopped before a trade, cases found only afterward, and cases referred to the CFTC or law enforcement, with a November 3 deadline. Polymarket told Gaming America it monitors election activity and refers suspicious traders to the Justice Department and the CFTC, but neither company published any of the four numbers.
