- Connecticut orders nine prediction markets to stop sports contracts — Connecticut's Department of Consumer Protection issued cease-and-desist orders to nine prediction market platforms, including Polymarket, Coinbase and Robinhood, ordering them to stop advertising or offering sports event contracts to state residents.
