- NBA names Kalshi and Polymarket its preferred prediction market exchanges, Gaming.net reports — The NBA announced on October 26, 2026 that Kalshi and Polymarket will serve as its Preferred Prediction Market Exchanges, and the league signed a memorandum of understanding with the CFTC on market integrity. The exchanges receive rights to NBA intellectual property and official data from Sportradar to settle authorized markets, and accept limits on permissible markets, a ban on trading by league and team personnel, and information-sharing duties, while the league also expanded its DraftKings agreement to cover prediction markets.
